Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Lumenta AI ("Service") at https://lumenta.shop. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- "Service" — the Lumenta AI web application, API, and all related tools available at lumenta.shop.
- "We / Us / Our" — Lumenta AI, the operator of the Service.
- "You / User" — any individual or legal entity that creates an account and uses the Service.
- "Credits" — the virtual units consumed when you use AI generation tools (1 generation = 1 credit).
- "Content" — any text, prompts, or data you submit to the Service, and any AI-generated output you receive.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
3. Account Registration and Security
You must provide a valid e-mail address and a secure password to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lumenta.shop if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription Plans and Credits

- Credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
- Once credits are exhausted, AI generation tools are unavailable until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade.
- Free plan credits are granted once and are not replenished.
- Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes (VAT may apply for EU users).
5. Billing and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis via Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal date.
5.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features and remaining credits until then.
5.2 Refund policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of your first charge by emailing support@lumenta.shop and we will issue a full refund. Subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable.
5.3 Price changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice sent to your registered e-mail. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all output before use in any commercial context.
- We do not guarantee that AI outputs are accurate, original, or free from errors.
- You own the content you input and the AI outputs generated from your inputs, subject to Anthropic's usage policies.
- You must not use AI outputs to create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or harassing
- Create spam, phishing content, or deceptive advertising
- Violate any intellectual property rights of third parties
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its API
- Share your account credentials or credits with other users
- Use automated bots or scripts to generate content at scale beyond your plan limits
- Circumvent credit limits or billing systems
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
The Lumenta AI name, logo, design, code, and all Service elements are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 8, 10, and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, except where mandatory EU consumer protection law provides stronger protections.
EU consumers may also rely on the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via e-mail or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
